Broken Pieces? Wood and acrylic are not impervious to damage and may, on rare occasions, break during transit. Should you receive any broken items in your order, please email me promptly with a photograph of the damaged pieces, and replacements will be dispatched to you free of charge.

Wrong Size? If you receive earrings of the incorrect size, please email me a photo of the earrings next to a ruler to show the measurement, along with your order number. After verification, I will send you the correct size at no additional charge.

My Acrylic Isn't the Same Color as My Previous Order? I collaborate with multiple material suppliers and strive to maintain color consistency. However, there are occasions when colors become unavailable or are discontinued, necessitating the selection of the nearest matching color. Returns for colors that do not match exactly are not offered, as these changes are beyond my control.

Can You Engrave onto the Material? Indeed, the prices account for the additional charge for engraved earrings. As engraved pieces require more time to produce, often taking up to five minutes per item, they are priced higher accordingly.

Do You Combine Shipping? Yes, shipping involves a one-time flat rate fee that will be automatically combined at checkout.

  • Orders placed on the same day will be automatically consolidated. However, this does not guarantee a shipping refund, as it depends on the total weight of the combined orders.
  • Orders placed by the same customer on different days will be shipped individually.

Returns/Exchanges Restock Fees? Exchanges or returns are not available. However, if there is an error on our part, your order will be reshipped at no additional cost, and you may keep the original product.

My Order Is Missing? LATE DELIVERY (TRACKING IN TRANSIT)

Should your package remain IN TRANSIT for more than seven days, please reach out to us, and we will assist you to the best of our ability. Be aware that shipping delays are beyond our control.

Missing Package (TRACKING DELIVERED)
Please confirm that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate. If it is, reach out to your post office to obtain the GPS coordinates of the package's delivery location. Should the GPS coordinates be accurate, then filing a police report for stolen mail becomes necessary. We mandate a copy of the theft report filed with either the USPS Postal Inspectors or the local police for all missing packages before we can issue a replacement or refund, irrespective of the order's size.

Can the earrings be a different thickness? I utilize materials that are 1/8 inch or 3mm in thickness for earrings. Should you desire a thicker option, you may purchase two sets and adhere them together.

Can you stain/paint/assemble the earrings for me? No, these pieces are intentionally left unfinished for you to complete them yourself.

Can You Give Me the Files for Your Wood Pieces? The files are not part of the purchase when you buy the wooden pieces.

Can I Order the Shapes With/Without Holes? Yes, simply choose the desired option from the drop-down menu. Selecting 'adding a hole' means a hole will be added to the top center of the earrings, whereas 'not adding a hole' indicates there will be no hole for earring findings. The hole is typically used for attaching earring components. Should you select the incorrect option, you would have to repurchase the items and pay for shipping again.

Customs and Import Fees for International Orders? When purchasing from outside the US, your item may incur Import Taxes and Customs Fees upon delivery. It's advisable to investigate the specific import regulations of your home country if you're worried about this additional expense. The buyer is responsible for this added cost.

I will cancel any order that requires falsifying information on customs forms. It's illegal, and I'm not willing to risk incurring fines or jeopardizing my business.

Even if the order is marked as a "gift," I am legally obligated to declare the cost of the merchandise on the customs forms.

Can You Charge Less for International Shipping? The listed price reflects the most affordable international shipping option, which includes tracking. I ensure that all shipments include tracking; therefore, I do not ship to locations where tracking is not available. Be aware that in some countries, tracking updates may cease once the package arrives at customs, commonly in Germany and Poland.

When Will My Order Ship? The processing time, as indicated in all my listings and on my shop's banner, is 6-7 business days; weekends and holidays are not considered business days. If possible, I will dispatch your order earlier, but you should anticipate the standard 6-7 business days for cutting and processing.

For larger orders, particularly those with 50-75 pieces or more, the processing time may extend to 8-9 business days. I will endeavor to complete your order sooner if feasible. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this processing period.

For expedited processing, a rush service is available, which prioritizes your order. This option is detailed in a listing pinned at the top of my shop. Simply add the rush processing fee to your cart when placing your order.

The Shipping Process? The shipping process begins with the method you select at checkout. Once an order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed. It's important to note that the shipping timeframe is separate from the processing timeframe.

As you place your order, remember that we provide various shipping options. Please select the one that best fits your needs. Our options include First Class (5-7 days), Priority Mail (1-3 days), and Priority Express (1-2 days). We ship via UPS or The Post Office, so make sure to choose accordingly.

Need Your Order Sooner? Orders can be expedited for an additional fee by selecting the RUSH ORDER option to jump the queue. This service prioritizes your order in our processing schedule but does not affect the shipping method you choose. It only accelerates the production of your order.

We advise planning ahead, especially during holiday seasons or if you need your order urgently. Delivery times may vary depending on your proximity to Maryland, where our shop is located. The closer you are to Maryland, the quicker you'll receive your order after it's dispatched.

What Do you Use for Packaging? Smaller orders are dispatched in polybag mailers, whereas larger orders are sent in a box. To minimize packaging use, I consolidate items into the same bags when feasible. Additionally, I occasionally repurpose Amazon boxes.
