Order Processing

Effective July 3, 2021, processing times for orders have been extended to 1.5 weeks from the date you place your order; this does not include holidays or weekends.

Shipping Information

When you place your order please bare in mind that we offer multiple shipping options and choose the option that best suites your needs. We offer First Class (3-5 days), Priority Mail (1-3 days), Priority Express (1-2 days). We also ship through UPS or The Post Office, you must also select that option as well.

  • Please note that shipping times frames are based off what you choose.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, if your package is delayed, please contact the Post Office or UPS prior to contacting us.
  • Purchase the ROUTE Protection with every order to ensure your purchase is protected. This insurance will replace your order once you file a claim. For a detailed breakdown of Route's official insurance policy, please see https://route.com/insurance. 
  • Your tracking numbers can be located on your receipt, please check Spam/Junk mail and add us to your email contacts.

We will place your order at the top of our list to be expedite processing timeframe NOT Shipping. AGAIN, this does not include the shipping method you selected, just the speed in which your order is produced.

We recommend that you plan ahead during holiday seasons and/or if you are in a rush to receive your order.
