Terms of service
After placing a custom order we will send you a proof for approval. There is a 48 hour window to respond the the proof. After such time, we will proceed with your cut. There is no replacement granted after the item has been cut and shipped. Check spam mailbox and/or add us to your mailing list for messages regarding your order from us.
Clients are responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork. We are not responsible for typos or overlooked errors. Please be mindful that once the product is completed, no more changes can be made. The customer is fully responsible for approving the final proof and design before we begin cutting.
If the client approves any type of work (verbal, written, or by email) and the job has been turned in, the sale is final. Returns are not valid if the client changes his or her mind. For that reason, the product must be paid in full. Credit card sales are processed at the time of sale and not after delivery.
If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, the customer waives the right to mediation and The Clearest Cuts shall seek resolution through the courts. Because each piece is customized and the customer approves the artwork before we begin printing, all sales are final.
