Refund policy

Conditions of Refund

Buyers can receive a full refund if the item is missing/lost by the post office for unforeseen reasons and cannot be replaced. If the item can be replaced there will be no refund. Additionally, if a item arrives broken, the shop owner will replace the item in exchange for the refund. Lastly, a full refund is issued if a design cannot be created.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please insure packages.
Contact us within 3 days after delivery

Complaints/Issues about orders 3 days after delivery will not be addressed nor rectified. 

We do not accept cancellations; But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
