Laser cut wood and acrylic earring blanks allows you to express your unlimited creativity! These are designed to be earrings, but you can do whatever you would like with them.
About our Materials:
| Material | Description |

| MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) | MDF is a smooth, consistent, and budget‑friendly material made from compressed wood fibers, giving it a clean, uniform surface ideal for painting, priming, and vinyl application. It cuts very well on the laser and produces crisp edges without the knots or grain variations seen in natural plywood. However, MDF is not moisture‑resistant and can swell or warp if exposed to water or humidity. Its edges are more porous and may need extra sanding or sealing, and it is softer and less durable than Baltic birch, making it more prone to dents. |
| Baltic Birch Plywood | Baltic birch is a natural wood material with visible grain and occasional small knots, giving each piece unique character. Laser cutting slightly darkens the edges, which many makers enjoy, though burn marks can be reduced with light sanding or rubbing alcohol. The wood’s shade and grain pattern may vary from piece to piece. It can be painted, stained, or left unfinished for a rustic look, and typically shows minimal burn marks from the laser. |
| Acrylic (Transparent, Solid, Mirror, Glitter) | Acrylic cuts cleanly and leaves a polished, glossy edge, making it excellent for fine detail work. The protective paper is kept on during cutting to maintain a shiny, scratch‑free surface. Intricate designs may show slight burning and can be fragile due to their delicacy. Not all designs suit every acrylic type, so material choice should be considered carefully when selecting styles. |
What you need to know:
- Thickness: 1/8th (3mm) for all materials.
- Quantity: You will receive 1 pair (2 pieces), 3 pair (6 pieces) or 5 pairs (10 pieces) based on the option you select.
- About Design: Image As shown; NO alterations.
- Findings: Findings are not included. Meaning that there are no jump rings or fishhooks to attach to the earring. If you desire to purchase findings, you can do so here.
- Sizing: The size listed references the largest side of the earrings, this could be horizontal or vertical., typically based on design style. See photo in images for reference.
- All products are custom-made upon ordering. "Made to Order" indicates that the product is not pre-made and ready to be shipped. The seller produces the item upon receiving an order and ships it as soon as it's been purchased by the customer.
Frequently Asked Questions:
CAN THE EARRINGS BE A DIFFERENT THICKNESS? No, I only use 1/8"/3mm thick material for earrings. If you want them thicker, you can order double and glue them together.
CAN YOU STAIN/PAINT/ASSEMBLE THE EARRING FOR ME? No, these pieces are meant to be unfinished so you can finish them yourself.
